Need a break from sugary cereal and a healthy boost for your morning? Oatmeal is one of the easiest, nutrient packed foods that you can make in under 5 minutes. It’s easy to prepare and is ready quick! Top with berries and/or nuts and enjoy with your favorite morning coffee or tea.

Prep:
Ingredients:
• 1 Cup 100% whole grain instant oats
• 1 handful blueberries
• 1 handful chopped walnuts (optional)
• 2 strawberries, quartered
• 2 Tbsp Honey
• 1-2 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
• Optional: 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts

Directions:
Add oatmeal and drizzled honey in a bowl. Heat water to boil and add to oatmeal at desired level of consistency. Let soak for 2-3 minutes and cool for 1-2 minutes before adding cream. Add cream, stir, and top with blueberries.

Optional
For an extra bit of protein and healthy fat, add 1/4 cup chopped walnuts to keep you going strong until lunch.
